生效范围 Applicability:
本政策适用于平台名称所有通过官方渠道销售的商品。
This policy is applicable to all the goods sold through official channels by the platform name.
一、退货时间窗口 Return Timeframe

自商品签收日起30个自然日内可申请退货，生鲜/定制类商品除外（见”例外情况”条款）。

Items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, excluding perishable/customized products (see “Exclusions”).
二、退货商品状态要求 Condition Requirements

商品需满足以下条件：
未使用、未洗涤、无人为损坏；
原包装及配件齐全；
保留原始购买凭证（电子发票有效）。

Unused, unwashed, with no physical damage;
Original packaging and accessories included;
Proof of purchase retained (e-receipt accepted).
三、退货流程分步指南 Step-by-Step Process
申请提交 Application Submission

审核与授权 Approval & Authorization
